Thank you so much for your interest in the upcoming Design Center Market at Acosta's Lake Zurich! Our store attracts a diverse clientele, with interior designers flocking in on weekdays and retail enthusiasts joining the mix on weekends!

There are plenty of great vendor markets out there! We are doing something a little different. We already have amazing consignment furniture and decor and will continue to do so. We are looking to add a small group of furniture & home decor sellers, interior designers, interior design services and artisans to create a one-stop home decor shopping & design experience within our beautiful location!

Our design center partners may sell furniture items directly or may use the space for showroom. Additionally, space will be available for meetings, consultations & classes.

At this time we are looking for a small group of individuals and businesses who specialize in the furniture & home decor field only. We will not be accepting craft, jewelry or clothing items at this time.

- $3.50 per square foot covers staff, utilities, marketing, insurance & more.
- We’ll collect sales’ tax and pay it directly to the state.
- Sell your items not only in-store, but on our e-commerce platform as well! (optional service)
